you can love our cupcakes now 6 days a week as Carousels will be open on Mondays from now on! YAY!!!

And if anybody wants us to be open on a Thursday night, send us lots of comments begging us to and we’ll make it happen

We hope everybody has a fabulous day off tomorrow for the Ekka Show Day and we will be back for business as usual on Thursday with more more more cupcakes!!! Almost ran completely out today due to so many taking away for a big night tonight!

So for those who missed out on their favourites do pop in on Thursday and remember the morning is always the *best* time to get the cupcakes you want!

Also if you know you can’t get to us until the afternoon you are welcome to call us to reserve your cupcakes and we will put them aside for you until you get here! Gotta be quick around here Phone is 3630 5946

Some days can be tough and often hard to endure with work loads etc just like most people but then we receive a great thank you card with a photograph attached and it makes it all worth while. Thank you so much to the Owens Family for their kind words and a big happy 21st to their lovely daughter.

We’re very honoured to be selected to supply our yummy cupcakes at the official opening of a fantastic new childrens clothing store at North Lakes “Matty-Moos” www.matty-moos.com.au This Saturday (26th July), Matty-Moos are having an opening fun day at the Evergreen Lifestyle Centre, Discovery Drive North Lakes. So, come for a drive, we’ll be there with our famous cupcakes and say Hi to Keira and Amanda and check out Matty-Moos at the same time

Just a short sad note to say that the Cosmo is coming to an end.. but happily we will be replacing this happy little cupcake with another happy little mystery cake, be sure to drop in towards the end of this week, shall we say Friday and Saturday to try our newest flavour. Keep your eyes tuned to this blog as we will be unveiling it VERY soon!!!

The Cosmo has been VERY popular but we do still need to keep changing things up, but if you think we should keep the cosmo as a permanent flavour let us know!

Calling all of you Sex & The City Fans!!!! In honour of this fabulous release at the cinemas, Carousels are showcasing a new flavour, the Cosmopolitan. Be the first to try it with your girlfriends!

The Cosmopolitan cupcake is a deeeelicious vanilla, cranberry & triple sec flavoured cake topped with lime buttercream and a lime wedge. You’ll feel like hitting the town after this one Taste testers approved, it’s very yummy!

Just a quick note to keep you up to date: Due to increasing demand for our cupcakes, we have decided to close our retail shop on Mondays so that we concentrate on keeping up to date with online orders and our all of our homework!

We have extended our weekly hours to be open until 5pm and hope that this helps with any inconvenience caused!
